Lauren brings more than 10 years of experience in medical reception, billing, and leadership, with a strong background in client service, organization, and team support. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to create a positive, welcoming experience.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Lauren later spent 12 years living in Colorado Springs, where she developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors. She is passionate about nature, animals, and music, and enjoys singing and writing, practicing yoga, hiking, rock collecting, playing video games, and exploring makeup and beauty.

Family is at the heart of Lauren’s life. She and her husband, Brandon, have been together for six years and are proud parents to their two-year-old son, Daemon. Together with their Shiba Inu, Himiko, and cat, Dean, they are a daily source of inspiration in her life.
